Blend from the olive trees of the local variety Koroneiki and the Kothreiki (or Manaki) has been harvested early in order to combine the strongest characteristics of these two cultivars. The olives from the  variety are responsible for strong taste while the olives from the manaki variety provide a gentle and mild taste feeling. Blending these two varieties gives an extra virgin olive oil which combines the above characteristics providing delicate aromas and a full and insisting mouthfeel.



A very well balanced extra virgin olive oil, where the distinct aromas of fresh herbs and green vegetables are synergizing with those of green almonds and freshly cut grass in order to create this characteristic and pleasing fruity odor. It holds a medium but distinguishable bitterness and pungency, which is most preferred by customers and makes it suitable for use in many plates.
